Orange Shirt Day

This Tuesday, Willow Park students and staff are encouraged to wear orange in recognition of Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Throughout the day, students will participate in a whole-school Arts-Centred Learning project designed to create space for learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation about the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools.

Through the arts, we will come together as a school community to reflect on the message that Every Child Matters.

Transportation

New this year, students may only ride the school bus they are registered and assigned to. Students are not permitted to ride a different bus home with a friend, even with parent permission. Families will need to make alternate transportation arrangements for after-school visits or activities.

Fees

School fees have now been added to student accounts. Families are encouraged to check their MyCBE account and pay any outstanding fees as soon as possible. Thank you for taking a moment to review your account and ensure fees are up to date.
